We visited the Eastern Heaven Resort 2 days before. We had experienced a pleasant vacation mood there. Hence, we are so grateful to the service team there, who were always ready to provide all the services their customers needed for those hours. Their way of communication and their hospitality gave us a good ambience as in our home. Really, it was worthy of applause. The second thing that noticed there was the room facility they provided.Neat and tidy spacious room with attractive features like good storage spaces and an attractive hill view. The chirping bird on that tree close to the balcony is enough to give us a positive wake-up to that morning. The third matter that needed a good mark was the tasty food they served from their kitchen. Even though the choice of food was limited, what they served there was tasty and hygienic. And the way of serving food keeps us as cool and relaxed as in our home. Thank you all 🙏.

The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent right from the time of booking until checkout — the staff took great care of us throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was equally impressive. We were allowed to check in an hour early and check out an hour late without any hesitation, which we truly appreciated.

Stayed at Eastern Heaven Resort in Sept 25. Lovely property with lovely people. Sujith & Ashish made our stay memorable with lovely hospitality and tasty food. Curries and Sambar made by them were top class with fresh veggies plucked from the garden. And the ever smiling "Raja"- the room attendant helped us on time. This property sits on the top of a mountain with nice view of Kanthaloor and nice Breeze to cool us. If you are on the look out for quiet holidays with good family time, good food, this property is ideal for you.
